One year ago today we found out that we were going to have you, Lucia Penelope. Right away I was thinking about India having a little brother or sister and how wonderful that would be for both of you. It's amazing that it was just a year ago! Look at you now. A big sweet baby. Almost five months old! Laughing at grandpa rich! Saying "hello" to grandma Gretchen. Nursing, talking, yelling! It's so funny, instead of crying you yell until I nurse you. We think you're so funny and darling and SWEET. We knew you would be wonderful but I don't think that we could have imagined a baby as delightful and lovely as you are, miss Penny pie. We are so happy you are ours.
