Oh Lucia!

She's so funny! I was tickling her and she was biting my nose & laughing so much! I grabbed her belly and she screamed with laughter. I was just cracking up. She's so sweet.

Crawling at last!

Lucia crawled! She has been getting around for a while now but by walking her feet up and scooting. Today we were having a little picnic in the backyard- Julia & Tina are here from NY and we got horchata & el atacor. Lucia wanted some of the chile relleno burrito that Julia & I were sharing and actually crawled. Fast. What a big girl!!!

Mothers day

Lucia, thank you for being my little sweetheart and for making me a mama. I love you!

Foodie

Lucia has now enjoyed: brown rice cereal, bananas mushed into rice cereal, avocado, pumpkin & peach purée. She has very nearly succeeded in grabbing all kinds of food from our plates, bowls, mugs of tea and hands. Not yet though.

Big!

Sach & I have agreed that luc seems to be tired of being a baby. She wants to eat our food, play with India and run around! No more of this baby nonsense. She's too funny. She and India yell at eachother and laugh, she isn't crawling yet but she moves so fast by walking her legs and scooting forward. Her little knees get so red. Today I put baby legs on her to protect them.
